Position: Cook (DW Hot/Pastry)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant culinary educational background
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on a daily worker basis
Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen team in food preparation for hot kitchen or pastry sections
- Ensure all mis-en-place is completed according to daily requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated work stations
- Support the culinary team during high volume service periods
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the hotel
