Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in professional kitchens
- Expertise in diverse cuisines and a focus on high-quality food production
- Strong leadership ability to manage kitchen staff and culinary operations
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and international HACCP standards
- Strategic mindset for food cost control, inventory management, and menu design
- Excellent communication skills and professional personal appearance
- Relevant culinary arts degree or professional certification
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all culinary operations to ensure consistent food quality and standards
- Innovate and design menus that reflect brand identity and local market preferences
- Manage kitchen budgets, optimize food costs, and supervise procurement
- Mentor and develop the kitchen brigade through continuous training and coaching
