Position: PR Officer
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same position will be an advantage
- Computer literate and able to speak English

- Excellent written communication skills in both Indonesian and English

Responsibilities:

- Handle all graphic design requirements for internal and external communications
- Respond to guest feedback and inquiries on social media and online review sites
- Coordinate hotel events, media visits, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain the hotel’s brand image and manage public relations activities
