Position: Chef De Partie
Qualifications:
- Extensive culinary experience in a specific kitchen section within professional kitchens
- Proven expertise in food quality control and recipe adherence
- Leadership skills to manage a section and mentor junior culinary staff
- Thorough knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and workplace sanitation
- Ability to handle high-volume service periods with speed and accuracy
- Passionate about culinary excellence and brand standards
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for a designated kitchen section to ensure consistent quality
- Supervise and train junior cooks and commis to uphold brand culinary standards
- Oversee mis-en-place preparation and manage inventory for the section
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu rotations and specials
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen workspace
