Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Lead and coach the service team to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue targets
- Monitor inventory levels and manage operational costs within the restaurant
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with professional grace
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food and beverage execution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B management or a senior supervisory role within a hotel
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and inspire a service team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strategic mindset with a focus on service excellence and financial performance
- Reliable and able to work effectively in a high pressure dining environment
- Passion for guest satisfaction and associate development
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management is highly regarded
