Position: Asst FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations and service standards
- Drive revenue growth through strategic menu planning and promotional activities
- Manage and mentor a diverse F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for beverage and supply needs
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and service protocols across all outlets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B management within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage large-scale service operations
- Deep understanding of beverage trends, cost control, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence in guest-facing roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for this position
- Strategic mindset with a focus on financial performance and team development
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
