Position: Outlet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue targets
- Lead and coach the service team on upselling techniques and brand service sequences
- Monitor inventory levels and manage operational costs to maximize profitability
- Address and resolve guest feedback with professional grace and service recovery
- Collaborate with the culinary team to implement innovative menu offerings and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an outlet manager or assistant manager in a 5-star hotel environment
- Strong leadership skills with a hands on approach to service and team development
- Deep understanding of food safety, beverage trends, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluent in English for professional coordination and international guest engagement
- Strategic mindset with a focus on financial targets and ROI
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills under high pressure
- Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management is preferred
