Position: Banquet
Responsibilities:
- Set up and breakdown event spaces for diverse banquets, meetings, and social gatherings
- Provide high-quality food and beverage service during scheduled events
- Address client inquiries and resolve service requests during the event journey
- Maintain and store banquet equipment in organized and safe condition
- Collaborate with the event planning and kitchen teams for smooth timing and execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and service-oriented
- Fluency in English is an advantage for diverse client interactions
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment and long event shifts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for event set-ups
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced event environment
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
