Position: Commis Banquete
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of banquet menu items for diverse events
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the banquet kitchen workstation
- Maintain and handle all banquet kitchen equipment with professional care
- Assist in receiving and storing banquet food supplies to ensure freshness
- Contribute to the smooth timing and flow of food service during events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a culinary trainee or commis in a professional kitchen
- Strong passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn in a banquet setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced event environment
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Consistent approach to quality and cleanliness
- Relevant culinary education or vocational training is preferred
