Position: CDP Banquete
Responsibilities:
- Supervise banquet food production to ensure seamless execution for all events
- Manage event set ups and mise-en-place for diverse social and business gatherings
- Ensure the banquet kitchen adheres to strictly Archipelago service and hygiene standards
- Train and develop banquet culinary staff to maintain high levels of excellence
- Coordinate with the events team for smooth timing and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in a senior banquet culinary role within an upscale hotel
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage large scale food production
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for event logistics
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle high pressure, fast paced event environments
- Fluent in English for effective coordination with diverse clients
- Culinary degree or professional certification is preferred
