Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain hotel computer systems and networks to ensure operational continuity
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of property management and specialized software
- Provide technical support to all departments and resolve complex IT issues effectively
- Monitor network security and manage data backup and recovery procedures
- Manage IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for hardware and software requirements
Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Manager in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership skills and technical expertise in hotel IT systems
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of financial concepts and managing IT budgets
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong team relationships
- Strong organizational skills and ability to organize departmental operations
