Position: Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire Housekeeping department to maintain high levels of cleanliness
  • Oversee the maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas according to 4-star standards
  • Manage linen and guest supply inventory and monitor operational costs for the department
  • Implement training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance service standards
  • Collaborate with Engineering for property-wide maintenance and facility inspections

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a 4-star hotel
  • Strong leadership presence and exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of financial concepts and managing Housekeeping budgets
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively under physical demands
  • Exceptional communication skills and commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse workforce
