Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Manage and lead the housekeeping team through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments regarding room status and repairs
- Monitor and control inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols across the resort
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury resort or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Deep knowledge of cleaning chemicals and high-end room standards
- Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction focus
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with hotel management software and inventory systems
