Position: Assistant FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all dining outlets and beach club operations
- Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction across all F&B service points
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor inventory, manage costs, and drive outlet revenue targets
- Maintain strict adherence to brand service standards and hygiene protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an F&B leadership role in a resort or hotel environment
- Strong guest relations and professional communication skills in English
- Leadership ability to lead a diverse team in a high-traffic beach hotel
- Knowledge of F&B trends and service sequences for luxury resorts
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality standards
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
