Position: Asst. Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping and laundry operations
- Ensure all 420 rooms and suites meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Manage and develop the housekeeping team through training and performance reviews
- Control inventory and oversee the procurement of cleaning supplies and linens
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols across public areas and rooms
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in large resort housekeeping
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Knowledge of laundry and cleaning standards
- Ability to manage a large diverse team
- Inventory and cost control experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems for reporting
