Position: Guest Experience Expert (Male)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and resort activities to enhance guest stays.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly with a sophisticated and professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and handle financial transactions securely within the front office system.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering service that reflects the chic and imaginative spirit of Le Méridien.
Qualifications:
