Position: Director of Rooms
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop large operational teams across the Rooms Division to ensure 5 star standards.
- Foster a high performance and service driven culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
- Create a positive and competitive atmosphere within the team to drive operational excellence.
- Demonstrate outstanding achievement in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the financial performance and strategic direction of the front office and housekeeping departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within the Rooms Division in a 5 star luxury hotel.
- Proven track record working at 5 star luxury hotels from well respected international brands.
- Strong ability to lead and mentor large teams toward excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a competitive and results oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and commitment to luxury hospitality standards.
