Position: Housekeeping Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead the housekeeping team to maintain 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure ultra-luxury quality
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and manage room status updates
- Train and mentor room attendants in luxury service protocols
- Manage housekeeping inventory and supply requisitions efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field within a 5-star resort environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent attention to detail and guest satisfaction focus
- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
- Familiarity with property management systems is preferred
- Extensive experience in international hotel chains is a plus
- Proactive attitude and professional appearance
