Position: Waiter – Daily Worker
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service to resort guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and setup of restaurant dining areas.
- Address guest inquiries about the menu and offer personalized recommendations.
- Support banquet operations and events as required by the F&B department.
- Ensure all guest interactions align with the resort’s high service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an F&B service role.
- Relevant educational background in F&B service or hospitality.
- Having passed on the job training in a hotel will be an advantage.
- Understand English in general and have a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to join immediately and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
