Position: Front Office Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and managing the check in and check out process
- Handling guest inquiries and providing personalized concierge services
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest comfort
- Managing room inventory and processing financial transactions
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and city
Qualifications:
- Experience in a front office role within a luxury hotel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a guest focused mindset
- Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
