Position: Order Taker
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls for housekeeping services promptly
- Coordinating guest requests with floor staff for quick delivery
- Maintaining records of room status and guest preferences
- Handling laundry requests and ensuring timely return of garments
- Assisting the housekeeping supervisor with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 (Two) years experience at 5 star hotel
- A visionary individual who is technologically savvy with excellent office administration skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiar with all nature of hotel operations
- Highly organized with excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems
