Position: FB Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and securing sales opportunities for F&B outlets and events
  • Managing banquet inquiries and coordinating event details with clients
  • Developing F&B packages and promotional materials
  • Collaborating with the F&B and Sales teams to drive outlet traffic
  • Conducting sales activities to promote the hotel’s culinary offerings

Qualifications:

  • Experience in F&B sales or catering sales in a luxury hotel
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Goal oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Creative mindset for developing unique F&B sales strategies
  • Ability to coordinate complex events and manage client expectations
  • Familiarity with banquet and catering software systems
