Position: Assistant Bar Manager – Fine Dining
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of high end bar operations and staff
- Ensuring exceptional service and guest engagement in the bar area
- Coordinating with the restaurant team for seamless dining service
- Managing bar inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Training staff on cocktail preparation and refined service etiquette
Qualifications:
- Experience in bar management within a fine dining or luxury setting
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on refined hospitality standards
- Leadership ability to lead and mentor a service team
- Professional appearance and hospitable personality
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
