Position: F&B Hostess – Beach House

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and seating guests warmly at the beach house outlet
  • Managing restaurant reservations and coordinating guest flow
  • Providing detailed menu information and assisting in guest inquiries
  • Collaborating with service staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized host station at all times

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in similar role in a high end beach club or resort
  • Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
  • Professional appearance and warm, outgoing personality
  • Highly organized with excellent phone etiquette
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a vibrant, outdoor environment
  • Detail oriented with high hospitality standards
