Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and managing the check in and check out procedures
- Providing accurate information about hotel facilities and local Batu attractions
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest account records
- Coordinating with housekeeping and bell desk for smooth guest arrivals
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort
- Speak and write English fluently
- Indonesian nationality with minimum high school or vocational high school education
- Honest, people oriented, and pleasant to get along with
- Willing to work in Batu area and in shift hours
- Technologically savvy with knowledge of property management systems
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
