Position: F&B Captain
Responsibilities:
- Leading the shift and supervising the waitstaff in F&B outlets
- Ensuring all service sequences are followed according to resort standards
- Welcoming and seating guests while assisting with order taking
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing immediate service needs
- Assisting the Outlet Manager with staff briefings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort
- Speak and write English fluently
- Indonesian nationality with minimum high school or vocational high school education
- Honest, people oriented, and pleasant to get along with
- Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of menu items and service etiquette
- Willing to work in shift hours in the Batu area
