Position: Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and providing menus with professional recommendations
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and processing through the POS system
- Delivering food and drinks promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant service area
- Handling guest payments and ensuring accurate billing at the table
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
- Professional appearance with excellent guest interaction skills
