Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure seamless service flow
- Leading the service team and conducting regular training on brand standards
- Handling guest feedback and maintaining high levels of guest interaction
- Monitoring outlet inventory, costs, and revenue performance
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure dish quality and consistency
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in an F&B management role within a luxury setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, and highly service oriented individual
- Ability to work effectively in a team and high pressure environment
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to service details
