Position: Floor Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise floor staff during service to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of guest engagement and service quality.
- Ensure operational procedures and hygiene standards are strictly followed on the floor.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in team management and operational duties.
- Mentor floor staff to help them grow and maintain high-performance levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team management within high-end restaurant operations.
- Strong guest engagement skills and a commitment to service excellence.
- Solid knowledge of hygiene standards and operational procedures.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and creative in service delivery.
- Comfortable communicating in English and passionate about Indonesian cuisine.
- Ready to lead by example and help others grow.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
