Position: Floor Captain
Responsibilities:
- Support floor operations by ensuring refined and memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Coordinate with the service team to maintain high standards of guest engagement.
- Follow operational procedures and hygiene standards (HACCP) at all times.
- Maintain a professional and detail-oriented approach to guest service.
- Assist in the training and development of junior service staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-end restaurant operations with strong service skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
- Passionate about Indonesian culture and hospitality.
- Comfortable communicating in English and ready to grow professionally.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
- Proactive, creative, and open-minded.
