Position: Commis I

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene protocols.
  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation for busy meal periods and events.
  • Monitor food inventory and ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
  • Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP) at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a reputable institution.
  • Prior experience as a Commis or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen equipment, techniques, and food safety.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for culinary arts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high pressure kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency in food quality.
  • Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
