Position: Commis I
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene protocols.
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation for busy meal periods and events.
- Monitor food inventory and ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP) at all times.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a reputable institution.
- Prior experience as a Commis or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Good knowledge of kitchen equipment, techniques, and food safety.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency in food quality.
- Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
