A lot of hotel staff stay in this role for years simply because they never question it, choose comfort with familiar duties instead of harder responsibilities. Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring all standards are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during shift.
- Manage front office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and property at all times.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Able to join immediately.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Night Manager in a five-star property.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
