Position: Guest Relations Executive (Front Desk Agent)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position preferably from a five star hotel
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Hospitality Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proactive problem solver with a guest-centric mindset
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work effectively as a team
