Position: Event & Wedding Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of social events and weddings from inquiry to execution
- Provide personalized site inspections and customized event proposals for clients
- Collaborate with the F&B and banquet teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Build and maintain a network of vendors including decorators and entertainment
- Maintain a high conversion rate of inquiries into confirmed bookings
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Event Management or Hospitality
- Proven experience in wedding planning or social event sales in a luxury hotel
- Passion for luxury service and high attention to guest details
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a creative approach
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for client consultations
- Dynamic personality with a strong commitment to delivering memorable experiences
