Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business accounts within assigned market segments
- Maintain regular sales calls and site inspections with existing corporate clients
- Prepare professional proposals and contracts to close sales deals
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales at a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong sales drive and ability to exceed set revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Highly motivated team player with a professional appearance
