Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and generating new leads
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and market analysis
- Conduct site inspections for potential clients and handle walk in inquiries
- Maintain the sales database and ensure accurate client records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are met
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in hospitality
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Goal oriented with a strong desire to progress in a sales career
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
