Position: Experiences Programming Lead
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging guest experiences and activities
- Coordinate with local artisans and partners for cultural programs
- Market internal events and activities to guests effectively
- Oversee the daily schedule of resort experiences
- Gather guest feedback to continuously improve experience programming
Qualifications:
- Experience in activities or recreation management in high-end hotels
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in Balinese culture
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication
- Highly energetic and guest-oriented personality
- Proficiency in event planning and marketing tools
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
