Position: Safety & Security Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of the safety and security team
- Monitor resort security systems and conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills
- Train staff on security protocols and loss prevention techniques
- Investigate and report security incidents or safety violations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of security supervisory experience in hotels
- Strong knowledge of security systems, fire safety, and emergency response
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a security team
- Excellent communication and observation abilities
- Valid security certifications (Gada Madya or equivalent)
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic English is required
- Physically fit and capable of managing security operations
