Position: Assistant Bar Manager – Fine Dining
Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar operations within the Fine Dining outlet, ensuring a premium guest experience.
- Curate and update luxury cocktail and beverage menus in alignment with brand vision.
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and procurement of high-end spirits.
- Train bar staff on advanced mixology techniques and luxury service protocols.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards within the bar area.
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of mixology, spirits, and international wine trends.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a luxury bar or fine dining setting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative beverage concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service precision.
- Fluent in English with excellent guest engagement skills.
