Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

  • Experience in front office or guest service roles within hotels
  • Excellent communication and guest handling skills
  • Professional appearance and ability to work flexible shifts
  • Familiarity with PMS systems is an advantage
  • Customer-focused and calm under pressure
