• Experience in hotel security or similar security role with supervisory responsibility
• Knowledge of safety procedures, emergency response, and loss prevention
• Strong leadership, communication, and incident reporting skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and coordinate with local authorities when required
• Professional integrity, situational awareness, and commitment to guest and staff safety
