Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven culinary experience, preferably with prior sous chef or senior cook experience
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Good attitude, initiative and a positive mindset
- Good communication skills in English and ability to supervise a kitchen team
- Committed to maintaining food quality, safety and operational standards
