Alaya Suites Ubud is a 5-star luxury suites property located in the cultural heart of Ubud, Bali, designed to offer refined hospitality with understated elegance and genuine Balinese charm. As we prepare for our grand unveiling, Alaya Suites Ubud is building a Phase 1 Pre-Opening Team focused on managerial and key supporting roles. Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef in hotels or similar establishments
• Strong culinary leadership and kitchen management skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills; customer service mindset
• Energetic, creative, and able to work under pressure
• Preferably residing in Bali; experience with VHP system is an advantage
