Alaya Suites Ubud is a 5-star luxury suites property located in the cultural heart of Ubud, Bali, designed to offer refined hospitality with understated elegance and genuine Balinese charm. The property features thoughtfully curated suites, upscale guest amenities, and service standards aimed at delivering memorable stays for discerning travelers.
As we prepare for our grand unveiling, Alaya Suites Ubud is building a Phase 1 Pre-Opening Team focused on managerial and key supporting roles. We value excellence, integrity, and heartfelt hospitality, and offer opportunities for passionate professionals to grow with the brand in a collaborative, service-driven environment.
Position: CDP
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Chef de Partie role
- Strong technical skills and ability to follow menu standards
- Good communication, teamwork and target-oriented mindset
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain kitchen standards
- Preferably residing in Bali; VHP system experience is a plus
