Alaya Suites Ubud is a 5-star luxury suites property located in the cultural heart of Ubud, Bali, designed to offer refined hospitality with understated elegance and genuine Balinese charm. As we prepare for our grand unveiling, Alaya Suites Ubud is building a Phase 1 Pre-Opening Team focused on managerial and key supporting roles. Position: Guest Service Attendant / Alaya Guest Experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest service or front office roles
• High sense of customer service, friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team
• Experience with VHP system is a plus; preferably residing in Bali
