Position: Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role (e.g., Assistant FOM or FOM) within a luxury hotel.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills to manage all Front Office operations.
- Strong guest relations and problem-solving abilities to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and other relevant hotel software.
- Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding communication skills.
