Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, with a strong background in Italian cuisine.
- Proficient in managing a specific kitchen station and ensuring consistency and quality.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of food preparation.
- A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passionate about culinary arts and eager to develop new skills.
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
