Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel spa or fitness center.
• Relevant certifications in fitness, personal training, or wellness.
• Strong business acumen with experience in managing departmental budgets and revenue.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative fitness and wellness programs.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
