Position: Demi Chef de Partie – Regent Club & The Lounge

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar capacity within a hotel club lounge or premium F&B outlet.
  • Proficient in preparing a range of high-quality snacks, canapés, and light meals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a section.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
