Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel.
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Possesses a positive attitude, is thorough, and has excellent communication skills.
• Friendly personality, able to work well in a team, and guest-service oriented.
• Willing and ready to work in a shift system.
